We who live in the Forks Area have always known our area is one-of-a-kind - nature's recreational mecca. Now the nation has recognized our Route 201 corridor - between Caratunk and Parlin Pond - as a National Scenic Byway. The national designation extends from Solon up to the Canadian Border (just past Jackman).
